Hi @armazenvaldeci Is this for a return shipping label? If so, you're supposed to be able to send them a QR code that they can take to the post office to have scanned off their phone to send the item back. I don't see that option on the eBay Help page on return shipping, but I don't have an eligible item to check with. Use the link to go to your Returns dashboard and see if the option is there. Otherwise @gosimus has provided you with some work arounds. Good luck!
From the eBay Help page, link below:
Return shipping options
When you’re responsible for return shipping, you can choose from a number of options in the return request form. To get to the return request form, go to yourReturns dashboardand selectView return details. If you’ve accepted the buyer’s return or offered to send them a replacement, you can choose one of the following options to let them ship the item back to you.
I don't have a printer either. Your customer can go to the public library and use a computer for free. A printout will cost 10¢ or at least that's what it costs at my public library. Alternatively, your customer can rent a computer many places; whenever I want/need something printed out in color, I rent a computer at the local FedEx office.
