I purchased this album, but the seller did not mention on the product page that the product has defects, and the seller did not obtain my consent to cancel the order. The seller has now cancelled the order without authorization on the grounds that the product has defects, and I strongly oppose it!!

I know you are disappointed, but the seller doesn't need your authorization to cancel an order because it is out of stock or damaged.

The seller earned a defect on his seller record for the cancellation as it is...which is better for the buyer than receiving an item that is not as described and having to return it for a refund.
