Can someone please help
 my case has been put on hold by ebay. Per ebay they say they are giving the seller 10 more business days (January 10th) to make it right. What happened to their own policy of ebay guarantee? Plus I provided USPS aka Federal Government documentation to the seller in messages so ebay could see it went to another address but not mine. What gives? Do they not have an investigation team that can figure out it was a scam?! 26 years on ebay and loyalty means nothing obviously also with perfect feedback. Yes I'm bragging. I'm tired of ebay lying to me now and leading me down a dead end.

Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers
Include these phrases
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
