Can someone please help
i just got my package and it is not what I ordered. I went to get a refund and saw another order that I didn't place. I'm on a fixed income and my bills are coming in. I'm terrible with tech and dk what to do.

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
