The buyer received their item and said 2 of the 4 pieces were broken. I have always been so overly concerned with my packing and have never had a problem until now. When I was tracking the package, I have never seen this and wanted to know if the buyer tried to cancel the order because they didn’t want it, then when they received it broke 2 pieces and asked for a refund……
