can someone help me?
Summary: ma_2944046 reported not receiving a used cell phone ordered a month ago, claiming the seller falsely stated it was delivered. I have not received a used cell phone I ordered a month ago the seller says it arrived 9/10 which is a lie I was home the entire day when reported initially I have a text saying the delivery driver could not find my address I replied w/address. since then trying to report found out it was removed from my purchase history. How the hell can I get any help from eBay this seller is a scam waited a month before he said it was delivered, my money is gone a month ago and I have nothing not even a purchase history of the item order and paid.

If it has been more than 30 days since date of purchase, Ebay cannot assist you.
If it has been more than 30 days since date of delivery as shown in your order details, you can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge.
