Can someone explain padlock with dollar sign
I'm a new seller and I created eleven similar listings. They don't seem to appear to the shopper, i.e. they aren't active, and when I looked at the listing summary, there is a column labeled FORMS and each listing has a padlock with a dollar sign. I've searched eBay and scrutinized my listings, but I don't see anything wrong.
