Can someone explain "Net Transfers" as shown on my Sellers Report
On the monthly and/or yearly report there is a category titled "Net Transfers". How is that calculated?

Net transfers is your payouts less any charges that eBay made to your account when you did not have available funds to cover them.
On this page - https://www.ebay.com/mes/report-landing?sh=true use the financial summary - the csv will show you the details, the pdf is the summary.
