Can sellers upped the price when you have it in your cart
Had it in my cart for 4 hrs. Went to go back to purchase it. The seller upped the price to 7.00 more does anyone know if they can do this?

"In your cart" is NOT purchased. Until you purchase the Seller can End the listing, raise or lower the price, etc. Once it is purchased the Seller's item moves t the Awaiting shipment - print label file on their account.
