Can sellers on ebay buy and resell items that are sold on other websites for charity?
If apparel items are currently being sold on a non-ebay website for charity, can ebay sellers purchase and resell those item on ebay for 2x-5x the profit?

To me this seems shady and unethical just given the price gouging and the fact that none of the ebay sales will go to charity, but I'm not sure if it's even against ebay policy.

The seller has not broken any law or rules, but I doubt that will get the price that they are asking.
