No, you can't really do that.
A seller is responsible for listing accurate shipping in the listing.

OP1 year agoThank you for your prompt reply. I am very new to selling on eBay and still trying to figure out some of the technicalities. I wanted to offer a reduced shipping cost to a buyer as a courtesy but quickly discovered the difficulty in that.

Yes, shipping is a learning curve.
Use Calculated Shipping with the exact weight and measurements until you learn the ins and outs.
