Can seller change shipping carrier after payment?
Long story, but basically I moved and one of my items was still listed to ship with a carrier that I can't access here. Someone bought and paid for the item, but I need to ship it with a different carrier.
I've done a little digging, and I know that I need to contact the buyer and get their consent to change carriers.
My question is: how do I change the carrier? Will I need to cancel the order, and then run it again with the new carrier? Or how do I go about this?
Kind of a noob seller question, but thank you so much to anyone who replies!

Mentor2 years agoYou can use a different carrier - you'll see the options for usps ups and fedex when you click purchase label. Be sure to use a service that is just as fast as advertised. Plus - contact your buyer and make sure they are ok with the change. Some people have very strong feelings about ups, etc.
