Can opened / slightly used shower gel and / or lotion be sold once seal is broken and removed?

As a new seller I can't seem to find the right area to search for this answer. I have come across some opened but if used not by much Bath & Body shower gel and lotion I'm hoping to sell, but I'm not sure it's OK on this platform. Bottle & tube are 98% full, I guess the person didn't care for or wanted these items, so given to me to try and sell if possible. Can someone direct me to an answer on open Personal Care items please & thank you.

What about bottles of perfume too?

Unfortunately you can't sell partially used skin care, cosmetics or perfume on eBay.

Cosmetics and perfumes that aren't allowed include, but aren't limited to:

Cosmetics and perfumes that have been transferred into another container (such as a bottle, flacon, can, or tube)
Counterfeit cosmetics and perfumes pretending to be a branded product
Items not in the original packaging
Skin-bleaching products
Used cosmetics and cosmetic applicators (such as sponges or pencils) that havenâ€™t been thoroughly cleaned prior to sale
Used perfume, including partially filled bottles
