Can not see negative feedback of a seller

Recently I have lost my money due to a scam seller. I bought a TV but the seller sent me a A4 format envelope. Because the the delivery status is Delivered Ebay Customer could not issue a refund because it is said the item is delivered. I placed a negative feedback for the seller. And now I do not see the negative feedback on the seller profile. How is that possible?. I saw a buyer had not received an item , but there is positive feedback for that ? @glennpt Sorry that you had a bad seller.

The reason that you lost the case and the feedback was removed is because tracking showed delivery. You did receive something according to the tracking.

You need to file a not as described RETURN request.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
