can not return a item and ebay does not have s selection.
I am trying to contact with eBay for month and I could not find the right contact to call or email. I had purchase two motors from eBay. One customer installed this motor and it does not work. I have to return it. I found that ebay does not have the selection to return this unit, I am trying to contact with seller many days and go no where. I had a big loss for this case. Cold you please point me to the right direction? Since it is international seller from China , they have all the excuse to argue with me. I am loosing $4000 and also customer for this case.

Mentor2 years agoYou only had 30 days for ebay to help you. You will have to file a dispute with the payment processor to get your refund.
