Can not login Captcha is not working.

I tried a private window but i can not get past the captcha it just keeps looping. I tried a different browser too & cookies are enabled etc. The problem is on eBay end.

Are you using a VPN or a hotspot? Privacy software such as Ghostery or Disconnect? Any of those can cause issues.

Try the latest version of a brand new browser with default settings and no add-ons enabled, such as Chrome Beta or Firefox Developer Edition. You can install those without affecting your current browser setup; each will have a separate icon and a separate profile.
