when i purchase an item ,i am unable to leave feedback. this has just started lately and can not figure out whats wrong. ebay help does nothing'

Mentor2 years ago@5650greg Did you purchase not logged in to eBay? If so then it's a guest account and you can't leave feedback unless the item is in your purchase history.

OP2 years agoThank you for trying to help. I have all but given up on leaving feed back. Iv'e been emailing back and fourth with ebay help and getting nowhere. I am logged in and not waiting to long. usally try to leave feed back the day i receive order. I can click the positive button, then add a comment but the actual leave feed back button is just dead. want light up or do anything.
