Can not find purchases in account

Question

I am hoping someone can help. I can not find purchases in my account. I really need to find it because I believe I was sent the wrong car part. I'm not even sure I am looking in the right account. It might be possible that I have 2 accounts but I don't know I can't talk to a human being.

If you are signed in to a different account, that could certainly explain why you can not find a particular purchase in this account. The account you are using at the moment was created about a month ago and has no feedback.

Try retracing your steps; go to eBay using the device you used to make the purchase. Use the same browser or app. See if that is signed in to a different account than this one. See if the browser remembers other usernames aside from this one by going to the sign-in page, clearing the username field and clicking on the empty field.

Try signing in with an email address as your username, or signing in via social media if you have done that in the past.

You can also try contacting eBay through the Help & Contact page; eBay may be able to provide you with the username of an account that is registered at the same address as your current account.

It is also possible to make a purchase as a guest, when not signed in to an eBay account. If you may have made a purchase as a guest, see here:
