Can not find out info on an order

Question

I order a car radio. I have the order number but I think I messed up by not adding more information to create an account. I have tried to enter the order number but it come up with no info. How can I find out any information about my order. The money has already been taken out of my account and I remember it saying eta was 4-5. I have never received an email for status or tracking.
