Can no longer save items to my watch list. Have tried closing & reoprning my account... no help.
Tried search problem on eBay & Google but didn't find a solution.

OP4 months agoNo ended items. Windows 11. I have cleared cache & deleted al cookies and restarted computer & logged out of eBay & back in. Still the same.

You have tried Firefox and Edge? It might be worth trying another browser to rule out a browser issue. Preferably the latest version of a popular browser such as Brave or Opera, with default settings and no add-ons installed to rule out an add-on conflict.
If you sign in to ebay.ca, can you add items to your Watch List there?
Or try using a mobile browser on your phone to see if you can add items that way. If that does not work, there may be something wrong with your eBay account itself.

OP4 months agoI use latest versions; firefox & tried with Edge no difference. I started with ~ 8 items in list now down to 4. No, I can not add items.
I just cleared cache & will restart again & see if that helps.

Mentor4 months agoHow many ended items are on your Watch List? Can you delete any of those?

Any difference if you try another browser?
How many active and ended items are you currently watching? If you remove an ended item, are you able to add an active item?
