Can no longer leave negative feedback on deadbeat bidders?
Sold a book and she refuses to pay. I see she has a 100% positive rating; I am not able to leave negative feedback on her because she didn’t complete the transaction. So eBay is only really allowing positive feedback I guess and all deadbeat bidders haven’t a worry at all because eBay makes them safe from receiving negative feedback. So I can bid on anything- not pay- and keep my good rating?! Unbelievable!

Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for any reason, and haven't been able to since 2008.
Only positive (green dot) feedback is available. Also, do not leave a "negative comment" along with the positive (green dot) feedback.
TIP: When a sale cancels for non-payment at 4 days, the buyer gets a "strike". This is a hidden thing, but with enough, the buyer will be removed from eBay

If you want to prevent people with non-payment strikes from buying from you, you can do so here.
Set your Buyer Requirements to –
- block "buyers" with x number of unpaid purchases and (2 in 12 months is the most restrictive)
- block "buyers" who live in a place you do not ship to.
- Apply the above settings to active and future listings
