If you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program, and the item qualifies to be shipped overseas, you would only need to purchase a shipping label to get the package to the eBay hub in the United States.
Buying a Priority label will only get it to the hub quicker. Adding extra insurance will only provide protection to the hub.
