Can I use eBay shipping for my personal shipping?
Can I purchase eBay shipping labels with tracking for my own personal use so that I get eBay's discount? I would be using these very infrequently for shipping to family and friends.

No, but there are other websites out there where you can purchase labels with the commercial rate discounts. A popular one is pirateship.com. This is also good to use as a back-up if eBay shipping is down or if you need to send a return label to a customer.
