You are allowed to share the Reserve Price amount.
Instead of using a Reserve Price optional listing upgrade, just start your auction at the least amount you would be willing to receive in order to sell your item. You would avoid having to pay the Reserve Price fee.

·1 year agoIt is secret only in that eBay does not reveal it, but you are welcome to reveal it if you wish. It's worth noting that usually it's better to simply start the bidding at the lowest price you would accept, instead of using a reserve, to save the cost of the reserve fee.

If the bidding does not meet or exceed your Reserve Price, it will remain hidden.
If a bidding meets or exceeds your reserve price, the listing will indicate "Reserve Met".
