Can I still get a refund even after closing a case?
Placed a order on November 14th.Seller hasn't shipped on the estimated date of which had been the 22nd of november, currently the 29th of november and the seller has yet to ship and is not responding to my questions in regards to the date in which he will ship.I had opened a case as a another way to get in contact with seller and closed to open a case for a refund.

-By "placed an order" I assume you mean you actually paid for it right?!?
If eBay or a Buyer closes a case it cannot be reopened and depending on the type of case no others can be opened.

Mentor2 years agoNever close or let a case expire without resolution, you can not open another ebay. Best you can do now is open a dispute with the payment processor.
