Can I ship priority mail flat rate?

It's been quite some time since I sold anything on ebay. I would like to ship items in USPS Priority flat rate packages with the cost paid by buyers. Is this still possible on ebay?

Yes, just select Flat Rate shipping and select the Flat Rate service you will use.
