can i send to items with one label?
I had two items that sold to the same person. They paid for shipping on one of the items. Can I combine the two and send it same box or do i need to see seperately?
First time with this so confused

I only see one sold item on this account, I assume that is the item the buyer has paid for already and the second item is still unpaid. Your sold listing has shipping where eBay provides the pre-paid shipping label. With the ship with eBay shipping program you can not combine the 2 orders unless they are purchased and paid for together. The buyer would need to add both items to their cart and then make a single payment.
There is a way to combine them but it would require you to cancel the paid item, list it again for the buyer to repurchase with the second item. You would be canceling the first order and ending or canceling the second item they want to purchase then listing both items in a new listing.
Here is more on how the ship with eBay program works.

If you want to have the buyer repurchase as a single order:
First contact the buyer and let them know you are unable to combine the items and let them know you would have to cancel the first purchase and have them repurchase it with the second item using a new listing. If the buyer agrees then:
Cancel the first item order by going to the order and select cancel from the actions. For the reason select buyer requested, you will not receive a defect for cancelling. If the buyer has purchased but not paid the second item cancel it as well, also buyer requested. Create a new listing for both items and send the buyer a link to the new listing for them to purchase.
