Can I send buyer a return slip before issuing a refund?

Question

I am willing to refund a buyer, dependent upon receiving the item in the condition I sent it. Buyer asked for a return slip. I can't find that option.

The buyer probably is referring to a return shipping label ... which you definitely should provide whenever you want the item back before issuing a refund. If you simply issue a refund ... the buyer is allowed to keep the item per eBay policy.

If you have a 'no return' policy ... which I see you do on some items ... you should only pay the return shipping if the buyer claims the item is 'not as described' in some way. For buyer's remorse reasons ... the buyer can pay the return shipping, with you providing just the label.

Buyer needs to open a Return Request. You accept the return and ebay will send a return label. Do not refund until the item is returned.
