Can I send a shipping label to customer to re-send wrong item?
Hello, I sent the wrong item to a customer . Is there a way that I can send her a shipping label to send the box to the correct recipient?

No, you are not allowed to give out personal information from one buyer to another. The item has to come back to you and then you ship it to the correct buyer once you've inspected it and re-packaged it safely.
