Can I revise shipping options to help buyer after auction ended?
I need help please. I sold something on eBay here in Florida/USA but didn't realize that for shipping options, I didn't have Hawaiii allowed on the auction. (The winning bidder is in Hawaii and says EBay won't let him pay due to my restrictions). Am I able to revise that after the auction so that he can use the normal channels to pay ? I told him to not pay until I fix this.
