    Can I return a refund?
                     

    I ordered an item that did not arrive within the eta so I reported that it had not arrived. I got a refund and now the item has arrived. Is it possible to send the money back now?

    You can’t pay through eBay because as far as they’re concerned, the transaction is done.  You can send your PayPal or Venmo information to the seller so they can invoice you, and you pay, through that.
