Can I report a Seller
I bought two dewalt batteries from a seller almost a year ago. Both batteries stopped working. I contacted Dewalt and they couldn't help because the seller wasn't a certified seller of Dewalt. I then went on youtube and found out my batteries were counterfeit. I tried messaging seller to let him know the batteries were fake, but he is ignoring me.

Neither Ebay nor the seller can help you since the purchase was made "almost a year ago".
