Mentor6 months ago@burbujadeamor You can ask Customer Service but I have a feeling that the answer is no.
I am suggesting this contact method for Customer Service as this does affect your payout amount. It is a good way to get past the bots.

Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
