Mentor6 months agoOnce you are signed up for managed payments and have provided your checking account information, you may have the option to use what eBay calls, spendable funds.
It is basically using payments as a credit to buy items.
However, this is above and beyond the regular payment method and is not singularly available.
You have to provide a checking account to set up payments.
