Can I open faulty goods received case after closing item not received case
I reported an item to Ebay as not received. Â It arrived 2 days later but is faulty. Â If I close not received case can I open a faulty goods claim. Â How do I proceed to get Ebay to refund. Â Seller not replying, to faulty goods claim.
