Can I have my money back?!?

Question

I ordered an item off of eBay and the estimated delivery date was Jan. 12-15

Then I just received a notice saying it wouldn't be delivered until the 31st-Which is 10 Days too late to be used as a birthday present As I intended- Is there any way for me to get my money back?

Go to your Purchase History, find the item and look at Ebay's estimated date of delivery.

WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery (as shown in your Order Details) has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
