Can I get a refund on shipping when I changed shipment due to USPS restrictions on lithium batteries

Hello,

I am trying to see if Ebay will return back the funds I originally put into a purchase for shipping, when I was turned away at USPS due to lithium ion restrictions. FedEx was able to ship my items across the international border, but this deducted my funds from Ebay account from the purchased amount.

If this makes no sense, let me know, if anyone has any input, it is appreciated

If the shipping label was never scanned and it's been less the 5 days, you can void the label.Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the shipping label.
