Can I exclude all international shipping? My last buyer showed Miami and I had no idea he was intl.

I ended up paying an additional 1.5% fee without knowing his address was registered international. eBay should make that clear before you accept an offer.

Shipping to a package forwarder in Florida is not international shipping. You are shipping within the US. The package forwarder is in control of the package once delivered to them (at which time, your job is done), and they ship the package on to the buyer.
