    Can I discount an item after it’s purchased
                     

    I have a buyer who thought they would get the item in three days. I’m shipping it within eBay guidelines. They want a discount now

    Refer the buyer to the "estimated" delivery date shown in their purchase history. As estimate is not a promise.
