Can I change the feedback I gave to a customer?
I have automated feedback. I have a customer that I would like to change the feedback I gave them. How do I do this?

Buyers can only receive positive feedback with positive comments per eBay policy … so there’s not much a seller can do to enlighten other sellers about a less-than-stellar buyer. 🫤

Mentor2 years agoNo, but you can leave a Follow Up message. The option is to the right of the original feedback.
