Can I change shipping to allow international after an auction ends?

Can I change shipping to allow international after an auction ends? A buyer in Canada won the auction not realizing i only ship to US buyers. Can i still ship to him after I sent an increased invoice for shipping to his loaction in Canada?

@hipogiddyup Advise the Canada buyer that they need to provide a US address at checkout since you did not have international shipping on the listing. They can use a package forwarding company. I recommend one located in Delaware or Oregon since they both don't have state sales tax that would be charged.

OR you cancel the sale as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the sold item.

If you do not wish to offer international shipping I recommend blocking buyers in locations you don't ship to in account settings>

Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to AND block buyers with 2 or more unpaid in 12 months.
