Can I change shipping method from Fed Ex to USPS after sale
Can I change shipping method from Fed Ex to USPS after sale? I accidentally clicked on Fed Ex and really want to use USPS. I have not printed the shipping label yet.

Keep in mind that your customer has expectations for the item being delivered by a specific carrier based on their purchase. It would be best to message them to see if that is alright to change carriers but let them know you will still need to ship within your Handling time.
You can Cancel the FedEx label on this page and purchase one from USPS if you wind up going that way. Track and manage your shipments
You have 28 days to cancel a purchased label and the cost will be refunded to your account in 21 days or less.
You can reprint any label you purchase up to 5 times before needing to buy a new one.
You can purchase up to 5 different labels on one transaction.

OP4 months agoThanks for the info. I have not purchased the label yet. Can I change it to USPS before I purchase it or do I need to purchase it then ask for a refund?

You can just change before you purchase ... I was just trying to point out the potential issue with the Buyer. Some may not care others can be take issue with it.
