“Can I Change a Local Pickup eBay Order to Shipping After It’s Sold?”
Can I convert a local pickup order to shipping after it’s already sold on eBay? Can i just sent it to her if buyer sends her address?

You will not be able to change the delivery method after the sale. If you are willing to ship to the buyer, and they have agreed to the price, you will need to cancel the sale using reason problem with buyer's address. Then list the item again with the shipping for the buyer to repurchase.
