Log into the account you want to close and then follow the instructions on this help page to close your account. If you are needing to contact customer service use the contact us link at the bottom of the help page. If you only get the chat with automated assistant then in the chat box type AGENT to talk to a live eBay customer service agent or request a call back if you have a North American phone number. You may need to answer some questions with the chat bot to help get you to the correct agent.
Hours are 5 AM to 9 PM Pacific time. If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back.
