CAN I BUY A LABEL FOR BUYERS TO EXCHANGE ITEMS SENT TO EACH OTHER INCORRECTLY?
I SENT THE WRONG SHOES TO TWO BUYERS WHO GOT EACH OTHERS ORDERS. CAN I SEND THEM EBAY LABELS TO HAVE THEM SEND THE INCORRECT ITEM THEY RECEIVED TO EACH OTHER?

eBay policy is to have the buyers return the items using the reason wrong item sent. You pay return shipping. Refund the buyer. Then once you get the other pair back list them for sale so they can buy again. You could create a listing with just the item number for a title and say Private listing and give the buyer a link to the new listing.
