Can I appeal an early auction termination fee?
I noticed there was a mistake in the description. I could not edit because there was a bid so I canceled the item, planning to relist it with the correct description. I just learned I’ll be charged an early termination fee. Is there a way to appeal this? Will I get charged a second time when the edited listing sells?

No, you cannot appeal the fee for ending the auction early.You are charged a final value fee based on the amount of the highest bid at the time of cancellation.
If you relist the item, and it sells, you will be charged the final value fee.
