CAN EBAY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT TELL YOU WHY OR TRYING TO HELP YOU RESOLVE THE ISSUE?
I want to resolve any issues that I am not aware of so I can reopen a ebay account. I cant fix what I dont know is broken.

Mentor11 months agoeBay has implemented a BBE (bad buyer experience) on sellers who cancel too many orders, have too many items not received, etc. What does your seller dashboard say? Your answer is here: https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard
And yes, they can suspend, restrict, and/or close your account.

You may want to review your feedback in order to learn why Ebay restricted your account.
It does not appear that Ebay has completely closed your account.
