I purchased a Sauna Space brand sauna used from a seller on Ebay in 2024. I've been using it a few times a week since then. I noticed I would always feel sick or off after using the sauna. One of the bulbs in it burned out the other day. I reached out to Sauna Space to order more bulbs and was informed that the HAVELL branded "infrared" bulbs that were in the sauna are NOT from Sauna Space. In fact, these are not infrared bulbs at all, these are reptile enclosure heating bulbs NOT for human use. They contain Teflon which when heated up, emit toxins into the air. The man who sold me this product swapped out genuine Sauna Space bulbs that cost $240 a piece for $5.99 reptile lights. I understand that I did not know this until now, quite a bit of time has passed but can anything be done? I've spoken with Ebay customer service, 3 different people now and I've been unable to report the seller. I have tried multiple times and it keeps saying "submission failed" and while I know that the Ebay money back guarantee is only good within 30 days after a purchase, how can someone get away with something this awful? I am not looking for a full refund, but a partial refund to at least cover the cost of the bulbs would be nice......this is awful. This person got away with ripping me off to the amount of $1,331.00 and this stuff has made me sick on top of it.
