Can anyone tell me how to get eBay to correct accepting the wrong offer?

I declined his first offer of $25 and accepted his second at $40 but eBay only charged him $25. How do I correct this?

Was it the Shohei Ohtani card? It shows that a $25.00 was accepted

I don't see any Sold items for $25 or $40 under this user ID that you posted with.
