Hi. I have asked this question before but I always get the same response referring me to all the links about the program. Here is the issue....I am a top rated seller but I still have not been automatically enrolled in the program. When I go to the shipping preferences page there is nothing at the top about being enrolled or opting out. The very first line is Shipping settingsExclude shipping locations Domestic:0International:0Edit
